Vicky is a warm and joyful energy in a small body. Her sincere and enthusiastic way of teaching ensures that you look up the limits of yourself and that you dare to challenge your body. With her dancing background and the deep interest about Yoga philosophy and Buddhism her classes promise to inspire you in all levels. After a severe dancing injury, that kept her out of dancing practice for a long time, she focused on recovering and building her body again through the system of "Anusara Yoga" which is also one of the basic elements of her classes. Vicky's classes are energetic, happy and profound. She also uses Thai Massage Techniques to help your body experience a deeper relaxation. An enjoyable experience during and after class!
